The hotel had a great location, nice restaurant, and friendly staff. The room was spacious with lots of natural light. The restaurant was cozy with good food. The wifi was strong and the view of the historical bridge was perfect.

I had a great time in this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to the port and many good restaurants, and also only a few minutes walk from the quiet and peaceful Eldena beach. Moreover, the hotel facilities are great, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Additionally, the hotel offers parking, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, even though I had some trouble communicating in German.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Everything was just perfect, and I had an enjoyable experience.

The view from the window was really nice, and we enjoyed watching the snow fall while we were warm inside. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The hotel was in a really convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Our stay over New Year's wasn't as relaxing as we had hoped. The noise from the street outside was really loud, and kept us up at night. The heating in our room wasn't working very well, so we were really cold the whole time we were there. we were a bit disappointed with our stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a cozy bed. The bathroom was nice, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries. The location was perfect for our romantic getaway as it was close to great restaurants and a beautiful pier. We also enjoyed the view of the nearby historical bridge.
Our stay was ruined by the loud and partying guests that kept us up all night with their noise and smoking outside our window. We tried to ask the staff if there were any other rooms available, but they didn't offer an alternative or a solution.

We stayed in a hotel near the water with some great restaurants and a peaceful atmosphere. the location close to the harbour was definitely a plus and there were many good restaurants around us. We were lucky enough to have a room with plenty of natural light which made the morning view quite amazing.
The breakfast was sparse compared to most German breakfast buffets, but at least the coffee was good.
